Staff Spotlight: Alex Zoltowski

Describe your role at Vanguard.

I am the Vanguard Public Affairs Graphic Designer, meaning I help with creating confident and clear visual language for both our company and our clients. 

How do you define success?

Success to me is knowing I’ve made a positive impact on my community through my practice of art and design. 

What issues are most important to you?

The issues that are most important to me all revolve around equality and inclusivity. These issues include Feminism, period equality, LGBTQ+ rights, and social justice.

What are some of your favorite things to do outside of work? 

Some of my favorite things to do outside of work have changed due to the pandemic. I used to go to art museums and parks more, but recently I spend more time working on my art practice and watching documentaries.
